Ennovance Capital is a niche, sector-focused, operationally-oriented, middle-market private equity firm focused on buyouts, growth capital, and special situations exclusively in the specialty chemical, allied product, health-care (as it relates to chemicals), specialty materials and related sectors.  The firm was founded by a group of senior operating executives from leading Fortune 100 chemical companies with a long working history together coupled with seasoned investment professionals from a variety of different backgrounds.  As former senior operating executives, we utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to investing where we implement various growth and margin improvement initiatives in combination with the operating management team to create true long-term value in a sustainable and eco-responsible manner. 

We are in one business only — that of making private equity investments and enhancing our portfolio companies’ value.  We are not in the investment banking, brokerage, or advisory businesses; we have no alternative agendas.
